I grew up in Mascoutah and have moved to California. I only use this florist to send flowers back home. They have never disappointed and even send me a photo of the arrangement. I highly recommend Flowers, Balloons Ect.

Placed a huge order through an online vendor and this florist was assigned to fill my order. My order was sub par...after going back and forth with the vendor and the florist. The vendor agreed to give this florist the opportunity to make it right, but the florist refused to make it right. They would much rather have a dissatisfied customer and provide sub-par service. I will never patronize this business again. Be aware they will use cheaply made gifts...Chocolates you can find at your local Wal-Mart and charge you an arm and a leg. I can do bad all by myself. I'm disgraced that my vendor would consider them as a reputable supplier. Not sure how they've managed to stay in business with such piss poor service and low quality products. Successful businesses put the customer first.

My experience at flowers and balloons ect in mascoutah was awful. I did not get what I ordered and when I called about my concerns was told by the owner Brad well don't know what to tell ya, come get your money. REALLY this is your business, completely unacceptable. Then his wife calls and proceeds to yell at me that she's been doing this



for yrs. And I can go somewhere else to get my flowers. Yes when my event is tonight that

is actually an option. Then she hung up on me. I work with the
public everyday as a nurse and never would I treat a patient
or family this way. I was
appalled. This is the worst
customer service I have ever experienced and I will never frequent this establishment again and everyone I know will hear about my experience. SHAME ON YOU BRAD AND KATHY WELKER.

Flowers and Balloons is a great store. They have a nice variety of flowers and gifts available. Their staff has always been friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. The flower arrangements are always designed beautifully and are reasonably priced. The owners have been in business over 25+ years and are a great asset to the community!

Kathy and Bob Welker are VERY GOOD people whom I have known for over 10 years both professionally and personally. Last Friday was my 74th birthday and I received two beautiful bouquets of fresh flowers plus a large balloon bouquet that were created by Flowers, Balloons, Etcetera. This is Tuesday and they are still stunning and well designed. They and their family have worked hard to build up a solid business and positive reputation in Mascoutah and the surrounding area. They support local fundraisers and community organizations. Both are kind and loving people whom I have never heard curse or speak negatively about anyone. They have been patient even when others might be looking for trouble. When working with the public, misunderstandings can occur but can usually be resolved when rationally discussed. Please don't pay attention to a negative review on this florist who is an asset to Mascoutah.

These are VERY BAD people. First of all, they literally stole my girlfriends flowers out of her house when she was not there when they promised to exchange them for the flowers that were advertised. After they opened the door and entered her home, leaving with the 'dead' flower arrangement, they went back to their business, called me, and said they werent going to return any flowers at all! They told me to take it up with FTD.com. WHAT!!



Oh, and when I called to see why this was the case, the owners, Kathy and her husband began cursing at me over the phone calling me many derogatory names. These are BAD PEOPLE, STAY AWAY!!



Now, I'm out the $80 I paid and I'm assuming they used the flowers to put in someone else's arraignment. They told me they were short on flowers earlier that day, assuming that is why they didn't return them. FTD confirmed they were dropping them as a vendor, as they should.



Learn how to run a business Kathy! Your husband is just as terrible.
