Flowers are never about the plants. Its about the meaning, the emotion and how special it makes an occasion. Flowers on Mother’s Day is shows my Mom that I remembered her day that I’m present for her at least once a year as a gesture of gratitude for her care every second of my life. I take this tradition as very special and important. Thus when my Flower order from an online company was in jeopardy, I decided to turn to Foraged Floral Of Cape Cod. I asked the very import question “Hi are you able to take 1 more Mother’s Day order?” The answer was “Yes”. At the end of the transaction I mentioned the level of importance this order meant to me “I had an online order fail so you are my hope for a good Mother’s Day! I’m counting on you ; )” to be validated with “We do not disappoint.”

Disappoint doesn’t begin to express how their failure made me feel. I tried obtaining information on my order via text (the preferred method on non-communication by Foraged Floral Of Cape Cod) at 10:23am, 2:20pm and at 7:12pm. I found the phone number of the owner of the Venmo account that I sent the payment to, at 3:51pm she expressed that they would deliver until 7pm at 4:48pm she assured me that the Flowers were not in the shop “so it’s out for delivery”. After 6:55pm I no longer received any responses to the flowers not arriving via text. I moved to commenting on their Facebook Page and the Venmo account. At 7:42pm the Venmo account owner told me she is only an employee that is helping out by setting up the Venmo account and that the delay was due to a vehicle breakdown. Only after additional comments on the Facebook page, Foraged Floral Of Cape Cod, posted that the remaining deliveries would happen on the following day. What good is Mother’s Day Flowers after Mother’s Day? Its no good to me because I’m not buying plants that can arrive any day. Foraged Floral Of Cape Cod be truthful with your costumer, communicate and deliver on your promise or don’t take on the job!
