Totally disappointed in this store. I've frequented this store for the 5 yrs I've lived nearby. But what happened recently will make me either go to the more expensive store near Roche brothers or drive the extra mile or two to the friendly Cotuit Liquors. I asked the checkout girl,"Do you sometimes have problems with 12 packs ringing up as 24packs? Because my husband said you charged him $24 for a 12 pack last weekend." She said "Yeah, we have to press a special button for 12 packs to make them ring up right and sometimes it doesn't work. He should have said something." Really, I thought, HE should have said something? She didn't offer any sort of discount (I would have been happy with $2). So they have a problem with their cashiers or computers and it's the public's responsibility to let them know? Sure. Well, I'm no turist and they can be sure that all my friends will know what kind of place they are.
