I made lots of attempts to get in touch with the owner by email/phone about our experience at their salon. I think ignoring me is their subtle way of saying to me that they just don't care. I booked a nail party there for my daughter. The initial snobbery was unlike anything I have ever experienced. I do not understand what the problem was. We were not greeted. They did not welcome us. No smiles. They were smirking and giving each other looks from the time we walked in. I actually had to ask one of the girls why she was smirking and giving the older woman there "looks". They really owe all of us an apology. There was one nice girl, thankfully. She was the one that stepped up and gave us direction after I asked her what we were supposed to do - as everyone else all but ignored us. So I am so thankful that she was there to save what we could of the experience. It also didn't help that all the nail polish started chipping off right away. That really isn't the issue, though. I wish it would have turned out differently. So very disappointing.

Good nail salon that works quickly and efficiently. They have a good color selection and friendly staff.

Love the service and the girls are great, the salon is clean.
