Had great response from them in E-mail and actually came across their booth at a gun show. Had the stock I wanted and at a fair price, even traded the stock I bought for one with different wood with no probem!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!

I purchased a $65 grip that I thought would work for an older 'J' frame 38 special, well it didn't. So I emailed them back and asked if I could return the grip and pay more for a custom made grip. NO REPLY! I called them twice and got an answering machine and left the same message on the machine as in the email and my phone number. NO CALL! That was several months ago. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. And their Return Policy states that you must contact them within 7 days for a return. GOOD LUCK. I'D GIVE THEM LESS THAN 1 STAR BUT THAT IS THE MINIMUM!
