The salesman is very honest. Pointed out that our problem didn't actually need to have $11,000 spent on our basement to fix it and made a couple of suggestions that should help us out. Said if they didn't work, then feel free to give him a call as he'd be glad to do the waterproofing for us, just didn't think it was needed for what we were describing. This is compared to Stay-Dri and Ayers who both wanted to sell us a system that wouldn't have fixed the musty smell in the basement, but they were willing to take our money - about $11,000 worth.
