CONSUMER BEWARE, As we were Promised stations that were very important to our tv viewing that they could not deliver,when I told them it was misleading they quickly tell me it was a misunderstanding,trying to take blame off their selves.They did nothing to fix the problem and everything was left up to me to return to our past service. Which was not available any longer.once they disconnected our service bundled with AT&T we could not go back to our past 11 years with them,as they do not bundle with dish anymore. So after many phone calls we ended up with no TV for 5 days,a $460.00 early termination fee to fight they would not do anything to fix the problems that they caused our family.after MISLEADING US. So now all our bills are separate as cost us more money each month. NEVER AGAIN.

I wish they had a half of star button. They don't even deserve a star. This company is a scam. I got hired for a clerical position but the whole time in training they kept talking about door to door sales. I understand I had to learn about the company but I did not care to hear about door to door sales when that's not what I was hired for and plus they kept telling the same stories over and over again. They told me to put my two weeks notice in so I did then on the third day of training I was told by Steve Ware that they did not have a position for me but to call him in a week. I have called him three times and went to the job site and he doesn't even have the common courtesy to call me back. He will tell you how he's so rich and is a Christian man and does for others. Yeah Right! Christian people don't lead people on and have them quit there job and not call them back. This guy cant be trusted.

i have been a customer for several years now and i can still say i am a HAPPY customer. seems like you cant do that to much these days. they are great and they are local! i have also sent quite a few people to them for business and i have not heard a complaint yet. if you ever need anything you can call a direct number and they are always so friendly. its nice that my tv bill is one less issue i have to worry about in life.

My experience with this compan...

Very poor experience. I was enrolled in their insurance program to cover repair of my direct tv satellite dish. After the price increased from $2.99/mo to $6.99/mo after a few months, I called DSN Lansing to cancel and an employee assured me that the service was now canceled. The only trouble is that they continued to charge me every month. When I noticed the overcharges, months later, and called them about it, they had no record of me ever even contacting the company since my original installation service, and hence no ground to refund the money they continued to take from my account. This company does not run a professional business and will likely take advantage of you in whatever way they can.

These guys are crooks! They had a promotion in November 2011 where if you sign up for Direct TV service you get a free Tablet. BS! Never received my tablet, and they straight up LIED to my family NUMEROUS times! We were also supposed to get NFL Sunday Ticket for the rest of the season as well. NOPE! Lied to us several times AGAIN! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LIARS AND CROOKS! You've been warned.
