Provided by YP.comAbsolutely love this restaurant! My family has been eating here for many years as we live close to the Deerfield Township location. We have never had a bad experience with service and the food is exquisite, from the appetizers to the desserts. We recently started using the carry out option and when we pull in the takeout spot the servers are quick to retrieve our order. A special thanks to Mikel, the manager, who has taken the time to make both me and my sister feel special and cared for every time we come to the restaurant. Not only does he know our order perfectly (we’re creatures of habit, haha) but his quick service in the carry out area is absolutely unmatched. He is obviously a very busy man but he always asks how we’re doing and checks up on the rest of my family as well. I have yet to experience better service from any other restaurant staff in the area. When me and my sister call to place a pick-up order for our family we always hope to hear Mikel’s voice on the other end of the line. Thank you for serving us so well, Bravo’s! And a special thanks to Mikel for his accommodating & compassionate nature, you are truly an asset to the Bravo’s team.

Provided by YP.comI used to be a frequent diner at Bravo when they were located on Montgomery Rd. Since they moved to their Mason location, the service and food quality has diminished. Every visit I had with them at the new location ended with poor service and mediocre food. My last and final visit was the absolute worst service I have ever received from any restaurant. I had to ask three times to get a refill on my water, while everyone who was drinking alcoholic drinks were served immediately. Finally, my husband asked for two waters, so I wouldn't have to fight to get the girls to bring me a refill. Second, the steak I received was so overcooked that it was tough, and I ordered medium rare. After our food was served, the servers disappeared so we had to get a manager to help us. Three of our steaks were overcooked, so we sent them back. Well, 20 minutes later, after everyone else was done eating, we got our steaks and again, overcooked. The manager came out and we told them the cooks failed to deliver again, but we were hungry. We ate the tough steaks with A1, and everyone knows a good steak shouldn't need A1, but these were not good steaks. The manager offers us dessert for our bad food. Really? Dessert? That is all? Out of our party of 8, only four enjoyed their food. Not a high percentage if you ask me. We left the dinner unsatisfied and disappointed. We will never eat at that Bravo again. I know everyone's experience is not like ours, but take caution when you decide to eat at Bravo in Mason.
