I have a little furry girl named Buffy. I had no idea she was a sick little girl when I got her. Many things were surfacing as this little 1.6lb puppy started growing. A Vet had been taking care of her her and she wasn't looking so good. Her health was declining quickly. Due to an emergency, I took Buffy to see the Vet, only this time I truly thought it could be the last time. By the grace of God, Dr. Smith saw her that day. He knew immediately what was wrong. He said that Buffy had a liver shunt. His next words were, let's fix her. Then he began her treatment. Mortality rate for dogs with liver shunts are around 18 months. Dr. Smith and his knowledge changed her life and mine. She'll be 6 in February. But the trials weren't over. Buffy kept getting UTI's. Dr. Smith did his tests, then said Buffy had kidney stones. I was devistated, scared, and yet again, thought it could be her final battle. But, once again, Dr. Smith said, let's fix it. My little girl had surgery yesterday. Dr. Smith removed a total of 5 stones. He saved her life again. He's an amazing Vet and surgeon. His love and passion for healing Is incredible. I truly believe that God works through Dr. Smiths knowledge and skillful hands. I do believe in miracles since I've had two already. Can't ever say enough thank you's. But Buffy and I owe him more than We could ever repay.

My dog loves coming here! This place offers boarding and grooming, which helps to bring your pet to one place for all their needs. He runs right in when I bring him here. I would recommend this place to anyone. They also have great hours which is great for my schedule!

County Animal Hospital

I would highly recommend this vet to anyone! County Animal Hospital is wonderful, the vet care is exceptional, and the staff is friendly! I wont be taking my animals to any other vet facility. I am very pleased with the services.

Great Vet!

My dog loves coming here. The doctors are very informative and your pet is treated like a family member. The hospital is open 7 days a week which is great, it accommodates any busy schedule! The hospital is a full service vet from boarding to grooming and have been open for 35 years! I have been to two other vets and neither of them compare to the service at County Animal Hospital.

Great Hours!

I have been taking my pets to this vet for as long as I can remember. Recently, I decided to try a different vet for various reasons; however, I did not know that this other vet was not open on Saturday and Sunday. Needless to say, the next issue I had with my pet was over the weekend and the new vet did not answer their phone. I could not get his records or any information from the new vet. The one thing I love about the County Animal Hospital is that they are open every day. They will get a vet tech or someone on the phone to help you decide if your pet needs to see the doctor.
