Buyer beware. If you want a quality fountain, stay away from this place. We made an investment of $2600 in an aerator for our pond and it's been in for repair twice in 19 months. The first time it was returned to us the motor was fixed but the pump wasn't working properly upon return. They convinced us it was fine and said it 'bench tested' OK. A few months later, the motor went out again, and of course at our expense we had to ship it back. My husband called to check on our return shipment because it had been 6-weeks and they told us it was getting ready to be returned to us. He asked if the pump tested OK and they said they didn't know - that they didn't test the pumps. Wait? They told us before the pump was OK because they tested it. Well, the pump did test bad but was NOW out of warranty. It went bad under warranty, but they missed it, and are now asking for $650 to fix it out of warranty. This experience has been a lot of hassle and money for a product that was not cheap. Take your business elsewhere unless you're interested in paying for their mistakes.
