Professional Dog Trainer recommends K9 Country Club!

I am not only a professional dog trainer in Cincinnati that refers my clients to K9, but a trainer who trusts my dog with Amy and Joe.These are very experienced dog owners/trainers who truly care for your dogs(a home away from home).I am thrilled I have a place where I feel comfortable to leave my dog and to refer my client's dogs.

Customer for a Year - Left due to Poor Customer Service from Onwer

I was a good customer of K9 for about a year. I left and will never go back after Amy Ball's completely outrageous and rude behavior toward me. I made a very honest mistake this morning and accidentally dropped my dogs leash. He proceeded to run up to the fence. Naturally, the dogs all began barking. Amy flew out the front door, slamming it as hard as she could, yanked the dogs and the leashes out of my hands and began dragging them inside. Slamming the door behind her again. I was rather startled. I understand this is a problem but in the year I have been there nothing like this has ever happened to me. I made a mistake and I immediately began to apologize. Amy, on the other hand, was screaming at me about my leashes and my dogs. I very calmly tried to explain that it had never happened before and I didn’t understand why she was being so nasty and rude to me. Instead of calming down, she just yelled even more. I have seen the owner (Amy) go off on other customers before but until today I had never had the displeasure of dealing with her nastiness. She constantly seems frazzled and angry. I do not understand someone who seems to be so annoyed by dogs (and people) yet runs a doggie daycare. I thought Joe was very nice and the rest of the staff was clearly dog lovers and pleasant people. However, I will not tolerate having a door slammed in my face and being screamed at. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. Which, by the way, seemed of very little concern when I mentioned that to Amy. In fact, I truly felt uncomfortable leaving my dogs there for the rest of the day after the incident, but I had no choice but to leave them for the day. This entire experience has left me very sad and disappointed.I would also like to note that since I have posted my reviews online, Amy has been in full spin control. Reviews are suddenly popping up online inferring that Amy had the right to discipline me. Yes - those exact words. Apparently Amy believes that customers should be disciplined through emotional outbursts. But I am so glad to know that so many of Amy's customers are so perfect. I'm sure that they (along with Amy of course) have NEVER made a mistake before. Perfect people here in Mason! I am so glad I live surrounded by people in glass houses who are happy to be disciplined by a doggie day care owner.

Customer for 6 years---FUN Day for Dogs, SAFETY is Paramount and Caring Owners and Staff!

My dogs love Amy and Joe and all the staff at K9. I have been taking my dogs to K9 for years and they love it! Amy and Joe provide a safe, fun day for all the dogs and they truly care about making sure the dogs enjoy the visit and are cared for. One of my dogs recently died during surgery and I called Amy to come with me to the vet to say goodbye---she didn't hestitate for a minute...and it was her day off. Couldn't ask for better than K9 Country Club!

Great place for my dog

Lots of natural outdoor areas for the dogs to run and play. My dog stayed at another place which was concrete and it tore his pads apart from running on concrete all day. My dog was much happier here. he is a lab and this place is lab heaven.

Truman "Can't wait to get to the Club"!!!

He only goes once a week but loves it! When I drop him off he doesn't even say goodbye...he just wants to get in there! He is worn out when he comes home which is good for us. Thanks Amy and Joe. Now if you could only make him better at VOA when we walk ;0)

My dog is happier

I adopted a dog from a shelter. He was 18 months old and had been in the shelter for 8 months. Filled with energy, he needed an outlet and found it at K9 country club. The owners, Amy and joe, love and understand dogs and helped me understand some of the needs of my adopted dog, who had spent so much time locked up in a small space at the shelter. He is a happier, calmer dog after his stays with k9 Country Club.

Awful Grooming

The woman that owns this place is joke, The first time i had my dogs nails clipped she cut them too short and made my dog bleed all over...I thought it was a fluk but the second time I brought her the same thing happened! I will never bring my dog to this place again!
