What a wonderful discovery...this studio provides a variety of classes for adults and for children both in karate and yoga/pilates.. You do not need to be of a certain body size, flexibility or athleticism to enjoy a workout tailored to your needs. Selma is a fantastic teacher and I feel refreshed and rejuvenated after every class. The perfect solution to a stressful day..
