I went there to get my white gold wedding ring reduced in size. They told me it could be done without a problem. When I returned to pick up my finished ring it was really finished. The exterior finish was completely different to the original finish. The joint where the ring was cut looked like a mixture of yellow gold and another alloy. The joint was very visible as the ring had lost its curvature and the ring at this looked much narrower and out of shape than the rest of the ring. My ring was ruined.

The jeweler tried to convince me that the exterior finish was the original type. The other assistant pretended not to see the narrow bent out of shape joint.

The jeweler did in fact take the ring back to try to fill up the joint with more white gold. It was a big improvement but the exterior of the ring will never be the same.

I found the whole attitude of the staff to be nonchalant. They tried to convince me that I was wrong in my expectations for decent service.
