they helped me with an overpopulation of cats in my apt backyard - very grateful - no one else answered my calls - for all the critics they do this voluntarily- no one is paid - no one pays the trappers - they use their own money many times - charge for cats only covers vet costs , barely - next time you complain ask how you can help - they are usually short volunteers - remember regular trappers make $300-$600 per trap - they make $0 -- thank you for caring about the cats - i hope more people volunteer to help you - sabbir

This is a horrible organization that only cares about taking a dollar from its customers. Staff is unbelievably rude and has threatened calling the police on me when i asked for a supervisors name and number. They are currently holding a kitten i rescued hostage and will not return the kitten after they left it in the cold and rain for a week before coming to get it. I would stay far away from this place. There are too many adoption organizations out therr to bother with this one. And did i mention they were shut down by the town of oyster bay a year ago?!! Im not the only person whos had problems with them
