I had neglected my dog for a few too many months, sorry bubba. Kimberly took care of him. So happy with the results.

Needed my puppy to get cleaned up and Kim took care of it in a pinch, Amazing how easy she made it look. How she got his coat so white is amazing.

My dog has never been so we kept, been bringing my babies here for a few years for grooming and I've never not been happy with their service. For the price and quality of the work, and customer service, this place gets my 5 stars. Kim is always on point and makes sure Heisenberg goes in regularly. Kim is a master groomer, it's the best work I've seen on my dog and she remembers his issues, ailments. Heisenberg always gets compliments on his cut. You could tell they really care about the dog. Anyway, price, quality, customer service, this is a great place. Over Look the other reviews as the norm, remember most people on review when mad, not when satisfied and as busy as it was I am sure they are great over all.

The groomer is very rude. Brought my puppy here, 1 1/2 years, after I use to bring my old dog here. The reason I actually have not come here with my new dog is because the last appointment I made with my old dog there, they forgot to call me to tell me they moved (I made the appointment right before they moved) so I went to the establishment and it was closed, no notice of new place and they didn't even call me when I did not show up!



But anyway, I decided to give it another try because they never did a bad job. Well I was told to simply come in one hour and she will be done, okay that is perfect. I returned in one hour to only find a surprise... THEY DID NOT CUT MY DOGS HAIR! The groomer had the nerve to tell me my dog was harmful/a danger to herself and will get herself killed, she was too scared to go to her with scissors... YOU ARE A GROOMER AND SHE IS 13 POUNDS! Come on already, that is ridiculous. What is worse, they did not have the decency to call me to tell me they were not going to be able to groom her, I had to arrive to the surprise. The groomer decided to take it upon herself to bath her and charge me $25.00 for a bath... I could have bathed her at home for free. If the groomer called me, I would have picked up my puppy and went elsewhere, what a CROOK!

This place is the worst! The groomer doesn't have a personality and is extremely nasty. My dog came home with blood on the paw and she never said that anything had happened. I can’t understand how you can own a business that deals with the public on a daily basis and have no people skills. This lady has no sense of professionalism and should not be in business.
