This is one of the best Italian Restaurants on Long Island. Vinnie, the owner is from Italy and cooks like it! He even makes Sicilian dishes that my Grandmother used to make that I have not seen on the menus of any other restaurant. There is a wide variety of take-out food and evrything served is large portions for very reasonable prices. Fra's also does catering. My family went crazy for the Walnut Gargonzola Salad at the graduation party for the last degree I earned. Vinnie's associate, Greg and he both go above and beyond the call of duty to insure that you get exactly what you need and want.
