I spoke with Michael Woods couple times and everything sounds extremely good, then he sent me an agreement: I noticed two things: 1) they don't have any payment / term condition 2) contract said: they may hire an outside attorney (and charge YOU a higher fee), BUT doesn't say only after client approval. So I asked him to adjust two very simple things in any collection practice: 1) add when WE can expect a payment after they will receive it (10 - 14 business days) 2) add to the agreement that only after client approval they can hire an outside lawyer . He said NO. I've heard that people have a trouble to collect a money back, so if you want to sign an agreement with this guys ask them how fast they can send YOU a payment back!

I own a small business in Long Island, NY and National Collection Network got us paid on several collection accounts that we had and now the handle all of our receivables.
