Massena High School provides learning opportunities to students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as English, mathematics, science, social studies, foreign languages and physical education. The school also offers instruction in art and music. It additionally organizes field trips for students. The school provides opportunities to students to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities, including band, chorus, orchestra and flag squad, as well as the National Honor Society, a student council, the French National Honor Society, and French and environmental clubs. It also offers several athletic activities, such as football, soccer, swimming, cross country, cheerleading, volleyball, wrestling, basketball, hockey, track, baseball, softball, golf and lacrosse.
