Regular customer to the new Massillon Chipoltle, however, on saturday, march 4th. Arround 7 p.m. the floors and tables in the dining room were as if they have not been cleaned since the place opened. I had to wipe my table and seat with a napkin just to eat. The food and service was a B+, the condition of the dining room, D-

Was so excited that finally there was a chipotle closer to home! But was not happy with my first experience here. Burritos were very small and barely had any filling in them and it took forever to get a buttiro made since the staff was to busy talking to each other then listening to how I wanted the burrito's made. I guess we will stick to going to the one in Canton. So sad ����������������
