We had our homeowners policy with this group for one year. We had to find a policy quick before the closing of our house so we weren't able to do much reserch. BIG MISTAKE! Each person I dealt with there didn't seem to know what they were doing. When we were finally able to cancel our policy we had to request a refund and they now seem to have misplaced a check for $900 and they could not tell us the address to which is was mailed. Vicky was not only unprofessional but downright RUDE. I would not recomend these people to insure my bicycle let alone my home or car.
