I went to Fantasia and David, Carolyn and the rest of their employees were extremely helpful and accommodating. I couldn't make it during business hours and they stayed open late for me. I went through their warehouse until after 11 pm and still didnt see everything!

The selection was huge! They have more types of stones than I have ever seen in one place!

After hours of looking at different products I ended up getting some of the most beautiful stones for my collection. The prices were low, they were very knowledgable, and the quality of their products is great I would recommend Fantasia to everyone.

Horrible Customer Service. Have practically begged to buy 200 pounds of material and can get no one to return calls. 4 calls with a promise to have the appropriate person call back and still no calls returned. Have been told the guy is on a business trip and they day he comes back is always the day after I've called. Worthless...going elsewhere.
