Today I arrived to pick up my son's birthday cake. I ordered the cake 6 days prior. My cake was supposed to be ready to pick up be 11am on his birthday. I arrived to find out that the sales girl did not have a cake for me. She blamed a new employee for the mistake. No apology, no attempt to fix the mistake. Walmart saved to day.
