Short wait time. Very clean and nice facility. All staff was friendly and professional! Dr. even called in my RX for me. Thank you!

I'm so relieved that our family doctor has left this practice. The medical care was always great, but the office staff is absolutely hopeless. My husband and I both had numberous issues with getting the correct paperwork, prescription renewals, returned calls from nurses, and other administrative issues over the course of a few years. Excuses were made many times (it's not us, it's the answering service, we're trying to get that fixed, etc) but problems continued. More than once we experienced nurses who were rude and short, both in person and on the phone. To top it off, when our doctor moved, they failed to get my records transferred and lost the paperwork I had signed to do so. It's not easy to find a good doctor, but apparently a good staff is even harder to come by. Had she not moved elsewhere, we would have taken the big step of finding another family doctor, even though we love her! Too bad really. Good luck to those still stuck there.
