i just bought my first bike a gz250 an needed some things for it so i called an talked to doug this guy went out of his way to help me..even stayed on the phone for 10 minutes after closing to help..i'll buy more stuff from them even if their over an hr away well worth the trip.thanks doug

Always amazing. Good people. They do a huge volume of sales, so I believe that all the complainers are the small amount of people that cant be satisfied anyway. It seems the good is never posted here, so I decided to do it for them. I am amazed how many parts they have there. Really, it is a destination you must stop in and see sometime.

very poor business ethics. I returned a damaged item and they refused to refund my shipping cost, so they ripped me off for $ 10.28. don't buy from these thieves.

Agreed with the other reviewer. Tried to contact them for 7 days straight and would not return my calls. Now I am out $200!!!!! STAY AWAY
