Provided by YPmobileHaven't had the greatest service while my car is there. I was told my car would be done two days ago, and so when I called to come get it, they said it wouldn't be done for another 2 days because of 4th of July weekend. Mind you that I called them instead of them calling me to tell me this. I'm still waiting word on my car today for if it's actually done, or if I have to wait till Monday to get my car. I know they do a good job when the car is actually done (my grandma had work done there too) but they need to learn how to talk to their customers.

Provided by YP.comThe customer service at this establishment is horrible. They have not gotten anything correct from the first time that I was at there business. I went to Stancato's because of there previous reputation, unfortunately that still doesn't hold true. Problem 1 = I was told to bring my vehicle in on a Tuesday and when I got there they told me that I was a day early. Problem 2 = They called me the day after I dropped my car off and told me that they didnt have the door that they needed to fix my car and there was no estimated time of arrivalfor the door , I understand they don't make the parts but they definately should have been more on top of this situation. Problem 3 = They finally get the door in about a month later and instead of getting my car directly into the shop they tell me that they are booked and I have to wait another week and a half to get the work done, this is after they told me that they would get it in as soon as they got the part in. Problem 4 = I Took my car in today to get fixed and instead of the original 10 days that they were supposed to keep it to fix it they told me it was going to be an extended period. When I asked why it was going to be longer I was told it was a big job. I then explained that I was not the one who came up with the original 10 day figure. After this the owner started counting off the days on the calendar to me as if I were a school child. Needless to say this was the last straw and they will not be fixing my car.

I brought my Corolla in for a damage estimate on 9/16. Both passenger doors were smashed in. While Larry wrote up the estimate, Mr. Stancato gave me a tour of the shop. I enjoyed talking with him. The repair estimate was around $4000 and as it turns out, the insurance company totaled the car so I ended up not having it repaired. I just wanted to say thanks anyway. In the future if I need work done (I hope I don't!), I will definitely come to Stancato's.
Also, I wanted to thank you for something you did about 6 months ago for my daughter who was home from college for the weekend. Someone had backed into the front fender of her car at school (hit and run) and the passenger door wouldn't open because the fender was pushed in. She stopped in late on a Friday afternoon to see what it would cos to pull the fender back in place so the door would open. To our amazement, you pulled the fender out and did not even charge her for it. That means alot to me and it's why I brought my Corolla to get an estimate when it was hit.

Provided by YP.comMy 2010 Ford F-150 was hit in a parking lot and I was sick to my stomach, had not even had it for a year yet! I took it to Stancato's for an estimate and I knew right away they would be the shop fixing my truck! From the girls in the office to the gentlemen writing the estimate, they were all so friendly and professional, they really knew what they were talking about. They handled everything with the insurance company, including putting me in one of their rental vehicles. It was all so convenient! My truck looked awesome, like it had never been in an accident, I was totally happy with the repair job I received! I will recommend Stancato's Auto Body to everyone I know!
