I, too, paid $300.00 for pictures that I have not received to this day. I ordered them 8/07 and they should have been in by 10/07. I have called every month and gotten different answers as to why I have not received them. Today they told me that they were sent to be printed on February 8, 2008 but cannot tell me when I will receive them. That is ridiculous!

I purchased $600.00 worth of photographs from this company on July 6th 2007, and have yet to recieve what I paid for in full. It is now November 6th 2007.I have chosen to sue the company in small claims court. There are many unresolved complaints about this company in the Better Business Beauro's reports. I would suggest to the company to provide timely delivery service to thier customers.
