Bought a Kia Sorento from Mike Evans. He was really friendly and knowledgeable and was attentive to our concerns and worked with us to get us the deal we felt comfortable with and answered all our questions and showed us everything about our new car. The finance department was great too. We never felt pressured by Mike or anyone else. We love the car, I would buy another car from Mike no problem.

There’s nothing worse than spending all day at a dealership, while the salesperson plays a waiting game to see if they can get every last dime out of you. That was NOT the case at Waikem Kia. Salesman Mike Evans effectively presented our options (without games) in a budget we could afford. I would recommend him to anyone.

After car shopping all day I stopped into Waikem Kia. My experiance at this dealership was well beyond my expectation especially after visiting 3 other dealers that day! My salesman Brian Harris greeted me with a smile and a hand shake and asked all the right questions to find out what was important to me in my next vehicle... After a few minutes he pulled up the exact SUV I was looking for! The whole experiance was perfect and I would recomend anyone looking for a car to stop into Waikem Kia and speak with Brian! I LOVE my new Sportage!!

This is my second visit to the Kia service department, and it will definitely not be my last. The entire staff is always so friendly and takes the time to talk to you instead of hurrying you out for the next paying customer. Service is always performed perfectly, and additional services that may be required are presented without any pressure for me to do them.

Steve Turner was SUCH a pleasure to work with in every venue!!! Even keeled, genuine, & a straight shooter!!! Waikem should be humbled to have him as a sales specialist!!

Kudos to Steve Turner! He's an awesome, no pressure salesman. We purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento, and considering that the vehicle had just been released, he was very knowledgeable. He took a great deal of time explaining the operation of and the technology that was on the Sorento. We took delivery of the car on a very cold night, and he made sure that we were able to sit inside a garage where we were much more comfortable. Steve and his manager, Chris Campian are a team whom Waikem should be very proud..

My husband and I were just looking to see what kind of car and color, he wanted to get a white car but we looked at one and I thought it was too big. Abe spotted a car as we were talking to the sales person, Jon Ransom. he showed us the car, and told me I could drive it. I really liked the way it drove and every thing about . Jon was very very nice, went thru every thing about the car. Answered all of our questions. I would refer him to anyone who is buying a car. I am very happy with my Forte 5 Kia. My mom recently bought a brand new Kia Soul from Waikem. I can not say enough about our salesman James Hatfield ! He was so helpful from the very beginning. Thank you so much for the great experience I had buying my first new car in close to 20 years. I stopped in to Waikem Hyundai first because I really didn't know what vehicle I wanted. Lee Giavasis was very helpful in showing me the car I thought I might want. When I went back the next time he wasn't available but he had Robin Monticelli help me look. She was awesome and spent a few hours showing me different makes and models. On her suggestion, I finally hit the jackpot with the Kia Soul but I was unable to purchase it for 2 weeks. When I was finally able to buy the car she was not there so Cameron did all the paperwork. They were both so helpful to me and I appreciated the low pressure. I didn't even have to haggle on the price. I went in to talk about buying the car and in 2 hours I was driving it home. I am completely satisfied with the car and the great service I received at Waikem.
