This dry cleaner lost my husband's brand new suit last May and never found it. Today the woman tried to tell me I only had 5 shirts, when I counted them numerous times myself last week when I brought them in and I had 7. She pulled out an order that clearly was not mine, as 5 shirts all short sleeved. Not to mention again, I had 7 long sleeve shirts when I brought them in. As i tried to find my shirts, I was able to go through various orders and find 5. The 6th shirt was a Michael Kors and I knew it was my son's shirt, but she refused to give it to me. She threw 100.00 at me and I left still furious. I know am out a suit from last May and now 2 shirts.
