The parking sucks!!
It's been under construction for well over 2 years. now!

I am a quadriplegic so medical appointments are important to me. When I entered the hospital for the first time people at the reception desk were very helpful, even to the point of escorting me to the place I needed to go. Over and above what I expected. I have had three separate clinic appointments. In each case the people within the clinic were really friendly, very competent and very efficient. The physicians I saw were knowledgeable and professional and did things right. I feel I can say that with absolute certainty because by training I am a physician's assistant and I know good medicine when I see it. I felt very comfortable with the diagnostics and care that I received and was really pleased with the experience. If you are a veteran, in my experience this medical system is a winner!

It is the friendliest Hospital as far as customer service to not just the patients, but to anyone who walks in!!!! Also, Hospital itself is very clean and has enouph stuff for even the nonpatient's to look at, eat, or do while waiting, or visiting!!!!!
