I've been a customer for years, when the older generation was doing the work. The quality is great without question. My only problem is they only take cash. Most people don't carry cash these days. Otherwise, this place is a hidden gem!

HI! I took a pair of my beautiful boots to this cobbler just to change the heels ..and taking off the heels they broke the whole wooden heel back ..then they said they were going to replace the heel in which they never did although they made me wait more than a month..so I called to see the status on my boots and they still did not fix my boots I was devastated obviously that tell me they can't fix my boots ..so what they did was they sticked the wooden piece with glue every where around the heel and because they also chip the wooden heeli the boot is now crooked on one side of the heel is taller than the other side ..they are so irresponsible ..I can't believe how anybody can say they are a cobbler when there not experienced.. I just pick up my boots today on 1-14-16 and it just ruined my whole day I'm so upset..and at that they charged me for ruining my boots..there has to be something that someone can do to stop these so called cobblers from being in business .there just damaging people's shoes and not giving a dam about there mistakes..that is so wrong..
