Dr. Stein has the worst bedside manor I've ever seen. She is constantly screaming at me and my children for having cavities (as if going to the dentist isn't painful enough) and she stabbed my son with a novacaine needle in his arm while she was working on one of his teeth. She's gone as far as to write false reports on me claiming my children weren't seen by her in a year!! I had been there 8 times in 90 days-so make sure you get records in case she pretends you don't exist over there. I've been her patient for 3 years and I've needed dental implants and I wanted to make a plan to have them fixed-she ignored me for years until I finally switched ALL my children to Dr. Gupta and the hygienist secretly told me that Stein is the one in charge of the procedure!! I'm going to Tufts as I would rather have a student work on my teeth!! I'm calling the dental association to report that she attempted to work on my wrong tooth one day (I had to almost slap the needle out of her hand).

Horrible dentist office. Terrible receptionists. Is now Children and family dentistry mattapan.
