The dentist here are great. But receptionist are very rude.For the second time I had to leave waiting room. First time was a Saturday my son had an ortho appt took an hr. Just to call him back into the room. When I went to reschedule they gave me so much attitude it was ridiculous. Yesterday ( Thursday july 2cd) they cancelled my appt because they decided to change the hours, when I told one of the receptionist sitting at the front desk no one called me.A skinny brown skinned girl sitting at the desk behind her started yelling she called and I need to fix my voicemail.I've had the same number for 2 years, of course my vm works. Is that great customer service or what? This place is under new management but the receptionist that day with her yelling, then they give me an appointment almost 3 weeks out. No one should have to deal with that kind of service and spend there hard earned money here. This,dentist can thrive but need to get there first point of contact (receptionist ) a little more customer service training.
