Over-all best seafood in New England hands down. The Acushnet Creamery Ice-cream was extraordinary and well worth the trip. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and every stranger I meet... Its that good.

Reasonably priced. Delicious food. The creamiest soft serve ice cream I have ever tasted! I will definitely go back the next time I visit my family down here.

Best chocolate ice cream this side of Vermont! Extremely creamy and excellent flavor intensity. Hot fudge on the sundae is also the best around. Bruce - the very affable owner - introduced us to his soft serve and the flavors. Could not believe it was soft serve. Not what I remember. And more flavors than you can remember. Will definitely drive the 20 minutes for this ice cream. Nice friendly place - and air conditioned too, i.e. no flies and no deep-fry smell.

Great affordable and fresh food. Staff is very friendly, and accommodating. Ice cream is the best around for miles, and a 1/4 pound of maine lobster rolls for 10.95 CANNOT be beat...our family now has a new favorite spot to eat

Incredible. The food is fantastic, the service is great. The soft serve ice cream is deffinitely the best in town. The lobster rolls are the best around. I would recommend this restaurant to everybody!!!!!!!

Terrible... Ordered a crab roll, which was simply canned blue crab stuffed on a hot dog bun. No lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, toppings, etc. Way overpriced... $10 for just the roll. Super slow, insufficient service. Go down the street to Oxford... Better bang for your buck, way better service, food, everything. For example, Oxford's crab roll is fresh crab with mayonnaise, lettuce on a toasted hot dog bun, served with fries and slaw for $9. Leave full and happy. Village Scoop was just awful.

Great food! the best ice cream around and amazing people! They have a little bit of everything for everyone!!! *Fish and Chips, Veggie burgers, cheeseburgers, clam cakes, ice cream, frozen yogurt etc etc etc !!!! Great prices also!!!! Cant wait to go back!!!
