I made my appointment 2 weeks a head of my birthday and I talked to Jessica Jenkins as she asked me what I wanted done I simply said a princess styling because it will be my birthday... she said she put me down for a 1:30 appointment on my birthday but when it came time and I arrived I seated myself and I waited..... and waited.... and waited... until finally I was asked when my appointment was.... and with whom... I said mistakingly 3:30 because I was thinking of my lunch date with my family... the lady who said that I was really early... I was quick to point out that I wasn't late and then quickly corrected my timing... and said it was with Jessica Jenkins... she asked me my name and I told her.. she looked in both her books and didn't even know who I was..... EMBARRASSING to say the least..... do your job..... these people are unorganized and rude....

DO NOT go there...

They do a pretty good job with coloring. If you don't get to talk to a stylist right away, they will promise to call you back, but they never do call you back. Good luck.
