Hi, went in to look at used vehicle, was pre-approved for a auto loan already. When Semni, hope I'm spelling her name right, suggested that we go for a lease with their fiance company. So we gave it a shot and needles to say everything worked out fine!

She gave us the truth throughout the whole process! No unexpected pricing, she was very professional & knew overall what she was talking about when it came to the vehicle we were impressed... outstanding Service!!!

The only thing we had to wait a long time for fiance too many ppl ahead of us. Other than that she really deserves a rise! Job well done! Happy Customer with what we purchased....

I came to Planet Honda with an intent to look at a used vehicle and Jessica sent me I go on the vehicle I was I interested in and when I came to drive it I was honestly impressed by the staff but not so much with the vehicle. My salesman Ash on the other hand was amazing. He showed us a few vehicle's and finally brought out one based on my needs and my boyfriend's and we decided to go with a 2015 Honda Civic with all the needs between the two of us. We have had the Auto Guard and a remote start serviced in our new purchase and we are very happy with the service. I would recommend Planet Honda to each person I know. Service and Sales are oustanding. A HUGE thank you to Ash for helping us.

Purchased.a car there on November 19th. They totally misrepresented the equipment on the car. Magically the salesman went out of town (til I went to the dealer and saw him. Management refused to correct the situation. I do not recommend buying a car there.

I'd been there for service a few times. My first thought was that I was impressed. A nice 2 experiences. The third time was the charm. I experienced false statements, disorganization, damage to property, careless and bad attitudes. Now I have to drive 40 miles to a [hopefully] trustworthy Honda dealer. Don't get me started on how Honda won't fix my cruise control. This will be the last of a string of Honda purchases.

Bait and Switch, refusal to honor commitment to beat written quote by Planet Honda



Caution to everyone who is dealing with Planet Honda. They would bait and switch and are not upfront. They asserted very convincingly that I can bring the best written quote from any competitors and they will beat it by $300. When I went back with the written quote, they started splitting hair in every way they could to refuse to honor on the commitment since the quote was competitive.



In my case they tried to add the destination charge on top of the sale price as external charge. When I showed in email that destination charge was already included in the quote from competitor, they said they do not see total out-the-door price and competitor will add shady charges later. When I told him that I can get the breakdown and out-the-price next day ( since it was 8.00 pm that night), he refused to commit to sell/honor beating the price if I came back next day with the written quote. He suggested me to buy from the competitor and he cannot give at that price.



Looks like they bait people by saying they will beat any price and if this not suit them, they will not honor. You might end up wasting your valuable time and money travelling long distance to expect good deal. Only after wasting my day, I went to check ratings of Planet Honda on forums and found that others have already had similar bad experiences. I wish I knew.



Reasonable to say, be extra cautious and get things in writing on commitment to beat price. I tried to get in written but was unsuccessful.
