Since moving to NC in 1999 I have taken my sewing machines to AAA. They have been a life saver! Repaired and cleaned my Kenmore that my Grandmother bought in 1974 and gave to me when I borrowed to make my wedding dress in 1976. It has made clothes for all 5 of my girls, supported several businesses , and still works! Also bought my second serger here. After 3 years they still help me with the little things. ���� Don't know what I'd do without them!

Very disappointing. Don't waste your money. Took sewing machine in to fix. After 3 days I return to pick it up and after charging me $90 they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it. They told my wife not to use old string. When I asked what was done to it to get it working again and they couldn't tell me. They just kept saying "Some times sewing machines just stop working." After $90 and no reason....Is my machine running again... Yes. Will I ever go back there...... No. If it was a McDonalds I could understand the experience, but mom and pop shops need to show the love. I own a service business and will happily tell everyone about my poor experience there.

I can give them only a two star. If you don't have there brand, shame on you. One of the staff member told me you get what you pay for. I paid them $119.00 for my brother to be work on, so I guess it was not up to there standards. You do not tell a customer that, because you never know that person might come back and buy one of your product. Shame on you..............

The beginning classes I signed her up for were very well prepared and thorough! They have a nice selection in the store, as well as a great variety of additional classes. We bought a serger for our daughter for Christmas here. Peggy was very helpful in assisting us in deciding which one was best for her needs. The machines are not cheap; but the brands are known for being top-of-the-line. The machine came with free instructor help and an EXCELLENT 1-year service warranty.

AAA Sewing Shoppe is located on Stallings Rd & very easy to find. Being my first time in, I was appreciative of the fact that the two ladies working welcomed me, but did not pressure me and allowed me to cruise the store. They have a great section in the back of the store for classes, which Im planning on registering for. I loved the atmosphere of the store. I don't want to knock the chain stores, but there is something more intimate about AAA Sewing Shoppe which appeals to me. Parking is great; friendly service.

Best Sewing Repair In Charlotte Area ---- I drive from over in Steele Creek to this store! The owner Peggy sure knows her stuff, & her repair gentleman has never let me down. If it were closer to my house, Id love to attend her special project classes! Thanks Peggy!

Good SERVICE & Gift

Bought my WIFE’S RETIREMENT SEWING MACHINE from AAA Sewing Shoppe. Knew nothing about sewing machines (still don’t); but the owner showed me several choices she thought would please a beginning sewer. Unable to decide; the owner suggested I buy a gift certificate; wrap the certificate & sewing machine literature up & present it at her retirement party. I did; the wife was thrilled. The next day my wife picked out the machine she wanted.
