It was packed and service suffered, but staff was friendly and food was great! Make a reservation if you are going to go.

UTTERLY DISGUSTING!! The night started out great. We were seated fast with a reservation. The waitress was knowledgeable and fast. Our apps arrived hot and everything was going great until a huge roach decided to take a shortcut across our table. I immediately called the hostess, who in turn ran and got the manager. The manager came back red faced and apologetic. She acknowledged the pest problem and said it was due to construction out back. That was of little consolation to me. I couldn't help but think where else those little critters might be. I would never go back there again. EVER!!!!!

I went to bonefish grill for the first time on April 17, 2009. I was really impressed with the decor, and promptness. The staff was very professional and friendly. My appetitizers came right out with ample time to enjoy them. The food was what i expected cooked to perfection and tender. The waitress was very prompt with bringing drinks and getting anything else. My experience was interupted when a gentleman decided to present himself to our table regarding my two year old son. He had stated that my son was disturbing his meal by taping the seat. I could not believe that a guest in the restaurant was bothered by a two-year old. I would assume that my son did nothing wrong because the manager came to apologize for the rudeness. I appreciated the manager acknowledging his actions, but I would recommend if you have a child under the age of 5 save your money and go to another restaurant. I can honestly say that I will never return to this establishment due to the other guests.
