This was my first visit to the store, I choose this one due to is was close to home. I was sch for surgery but decided to go this avenue first. Had a great visit thougtht I was really being educated. I purchased three pairs of shoes the boots were a size bigger but felt fine in the store. After getting home I realized they were to big and I was not going to able to wear them. I went that weekend to return or exchange, I was greeted by three people who were shocked that I was asking to return them were very rude and said they were on sale no exchange. Now I am sure at 57 years of age if I were paying that much money for something I sure would have heard all sales are final NEVER NEVER in our conversation did the sales clerk every have that discussion with me. So I am stuck with a pair of 139.00 boots I can't wear....sure nothing will become of this but rest assure as a resident of Matthews I will be sure all of my family friends, and neighbors are aware of this store policy and will not be recommending them.
