Absolutely terrible experience. The people we dealt with were dishonest and unethical. We shook hands on a deal -- and hours later that deal changed tremendously, for no known reason and no fault of our own. Our experience was lengthy and frustrating and after about 11 hours, we ended up walking out. Shop somewhere else for a Hyundai.

After shopping and researching prices I found a sweet deal at Keffer. I did this all by internet and phone. The staff at Keffer seemed outstanding and I drilled them over and over about the price and extra costs. I was really looking forward to a purchase. I had planned on driving from West Palm Beach FL to Charlotte NC to get my new car. I had my financials worked out to the penny. When they faxed me the final finacial work sheet, sadly my numbers didn't match theirs. They had rolled in a $1200. trade difference AFTER I had asked over and over if there was any other charge. SO as of right now, the deal is off, but I am waiting for them to get back to me which only allows me more time to shop around. I guess it is not yet a true buyers market. JS in FL.
