In the land of the free, a MAFIA CALLED HOA COLLECTS YOUR MONEY, this particular mafia charges $255 P/M FOR YOU TO GET INJURED OR KILLED BY A BRANCH. l live in a townhouse community, if you walk by, you will see how this company keeps our little community. I contacted the community manager Ms. Kennedy after a branch felt on my legs, this branch was so thick, it throw me on the floor, I was lucky enough it didn’t hit my head or I’ll be dead. Ms. Kennedy said will get back to me in 2 weeks & if I don't hear back from them in that time to contact her again, guess what? I'm still waiting. I sent them pics, asked them to cut these branches surrounding the parking lot & my property to prevent future accidents but they never did. IF ANYONE GETS KILLED BY A BRANCH BECAUSE THIS HOA DOESN'T HAVE ANY MONEY IN THE RESERVE FUND TO TRIMMED THEM, AFTER YOU ARE DEAD THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY WILL HAVE TO VOTE ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO PREVENT FUTURE ACCIDENTS OR RIP! They also tried to blame it on me saying the branch felt on me because i walked towards the parking lot during a storm (I have pictures to prove it was a sunny day) Water is always stuck in front of my property and it will affect my foundation, but of course nothing has been done.
