I had very bad experience with LaVanna. During 1 hour massage door was opening many times and Chinese women change each other . One who spoke English run to the phone, then came back to do massage, then left again. 3 women changed during this 1 hour. When I arrived to scheduled time - nobody who can understand English was at front desk. I tried to speak with an owner on the phone - but he was extremely rude with me. Wasting of my time and money. They take and redeem Groupon - then not willing to provide service.
