He asked me what I though was a good price for the bike and I told him. Ten minutes later with no haggling I got the bike at my price. Great place I recommend highly.

Provided by YP.comThis place is horrible. As far as customer service, it doesnt exist!! Please do yourself a favor and take your equipment to someone that cares. Two seperate instances of horrible customer service and will def be the last.

Provided by YP.comI took my bike in because it wouldn't stay started. It has 500 miles on it and I bought it in January of 2011. They told me that the problem was the carburetor and it would be $220. In asking questions they said that they had drained some gas and didn't find any trash and they had not taken the carburetor all the way off to 100% find the problem. I called Kawasaki and that customer service rep said "I don't blame them for trying to make a buck off you, since you didn't buy it from them." I called Hager in Rock Hill where I got the bike from and they said they would fix it for free no questions asked. Hager knows how to take care of and keep customers.
I called and said to put the bike back together gave them 30 minutes and went up there. When I get there they push the bike out “because it was done” while I was paying. When I came out and saw my bike WAS NOT back together I flipped. They didn’t put the fairing back on. So they took ONE side off drained the fuel bowls and charged me an HOURS labor to do a 10 minute job. Then they didn’t even put the thing back together. When I made them put it back together they couldn’t find all my parts. Their reasoning for not being able to find my parts is because the tech was not there.
Also the reason that I bought the bike from Hager is because when I went to buy it from MFM they wanted $1500 more and didn't want me to pay cash for the bike. The sales guy tried to push me to finance it. The sales department lost a customer and now the service department has as well. I will never be back.

Provided by YP.comTwo bad experiences with this dealer. I bought a brand new Polaris Scramber 90 that I had to pay 200 assembly fee to MFM. My 8 year could have done a better job putting this machine together. Plastic was tighted so much it was cracked while the steering tie rods were lose. Poor job!!!
Second bad experience...parts guy would not even listen when I told him what I needed. Said he knew what I wanted. Big suprise order was not right when I went to pick it up. Caused me to miss my riding trip because my machine was not ready!!

Provided by YP.comWent by to get 2 get 2stroke oil for my yz250 but after being greeted by a laid back and knowledge sales team that better educated me on the difference of my bike and the WAY newer bikes in the market. I ended up leaving with a new Yamaha YZ250F. Its been 2months since then and I haven't missed a weekend away from my bike yet.

Provided by YP.comI went by Matthews Fun Machines for the 1st time today, the overall facilites are clean, the sales guy Kyle was very helpful. Seemed to give a straight forward & honest opinion. Got the bike I was looking for, Jason in parts was friendly showing me around.
I would recomend Matthews to any friend or family,
