Was so impressed with service. Going here periodically for years and this is the most knowledgeable & efficient crew in years. Service Manager Kevin Tiernan knew as much about my car as the dealership mechanics. Made great 👍 recommendations and I felt he was honest with me. Store Manager Cameron Paul James let him take his time and be thorough. I definitely recommend 👌 this location in Matthews, NC on Independence & Sam Newell. I hope 🙏 crew stays here to provide their honest service to the public. Some auto 🚘 shops take advantage of women but didn't feel any dishonesty here.
