If youre reading this- SPEND YOUR MONEY AT ANOTHER TANNING SALON!!!!!!!

Palm Beach Tan employs the most unprofessional low-life humans to be the managers and assistant managers. This particular location is operated by a female who holds the title "Manager" yet does not have the ability to display characteristics of someone who EARNED the title. Kelly Sherwood, Manager (or lack of), would not take the time to resolve an issue I had with a membership upgrade fee. While I do not mind paying the upgrade fee, I DO mind being talked to like I am a problem customer when I'm simply inquiring about a fee. Kelly has a relentless manner of eye rolling and disturbing body language that says " if you don't like it, you can tan elsewhere"...She has also verbalized vulgarity about customers in front of other customers, as well as encourage her staff to imitate her deceitful sales tactics and unprofessional ways. Its sad that such a well kept facility like this one has a filthy manager with dirty politics up her faded, last season sweatshirt.
