Horribly unethical company! This company did a kitchen remodel on our home just before it was listed.



Repair Date did not pull the required permits for the work they did. When confronted about this Matthews said that permits were nothing more than the government trying to collect fees. After moving in we identified multiple issues with the electrical work that Repair Date did. These issues would have been identified with an inspection but since the permits were not pulled no inspection took place. I called Ty and explained my concern and he said he would fix the issue. He never called me back to fix so I had to hire an electrician to do the job.



We now are finding some water issues in the very same kitchen his company worked on just 5 months after moving in. These issues would have been known when his company was on the job and it's obvious to us that he took money to cover up damage for a real estate agent to sell a property.
