Dave Bland won for myself and my company, in State Court, the largest amount ever awarded in Union county to that time. The trial took almost two weeks, and the jury was out less than two hours. In order to collect the judgment, a second trial was needed in Federal Court. There we again won and recovered the amount of the state Judgment plus interest. In this trial Dave faced two large law firms and an army of lawyers. In winning and bringing my case to a successful conclusion, Dave:1. Used the truth2.
