Simple decor, but well prepared food. A neighborhood place, but the food is better than the norm. The menu seems to be less ambitious and varies less than formerly. Normally good, friendly service, but can be quite slow when busy. Noisy when busy (hard surfaces) -- made worse on recent Thursdays when singers of no talent sing with too much amplification. Outdoor tables in the courtyard between the restaurant and the next building in good weather.
