Wow! Great service! My alternator died on I-57 driving from Michigan to Louisiana. I had enough battery juice to make it into town, a few other auto repair places I stopped at/called didnt have the time for me. Advance Auto Parts recommended Battery Specalists. I called, Kevin listened to what I described and said to bring the car over. At 4:45pm (they close at 5pm) Kevin and Ben checked it out, confirmed it was a bad alternator, said they could put one in in the morning, sounded good to me. Here's the great part, Kevin dropped me off at the Super 8, gave me a few dinner recommendations, then at 9:30am the next day called and said the new alternator was installed and that he would be by to pick me up! I was back on my way to Louisiana by 10am. A great business and great people!
