Horrible experience. They were very inexperienced! I wouldn't go back! Go elsewhere! Do not recommend

Last night we called for a roll-back tow for a 1976 TR6. Brookshire arrived and very expertly got our little car up on his truck and delivered it to the requested address. He made it look so easy as if the car were a toy and when he arrived at the location, we opened the garage door and he lowered the platform into the garage and deposited the car inside. He was amazing and we highly recommend Brookshire.

They made my car two tone not to mention damaging the interior of the door then trying to get the insurance company to pay for damages they caused.

They also had many spots where the brand new paint job they performed had deep gouges in it almost like they dropped the door after painting it when putting it back on the vehicle.

The doors were put back on crooked and rain leaked in as result.

The first time they called me to tell me my vehicle was finished the paint job was so bad it looked like there was sand underneath the pain as well as bubbles. They also did not fix several of the issues quoted. I ended up going back 3 more times.

They never fixed the scratches, and tried to tell me the car would never be the same color as the bumper because it was painted plastic. I informed them that, on the side that was not damaged, the bumper matched perfectly. Their paint job however did not.



Did I mention that it took them 3 months to perform this crappy job?

Brookshire did a wonderful job fixing hail damage on my boyfriends 2007 Hyundai Tiburon, it looks brand new! (From about 150 dings). Timely service and really nice people.



I recently scratched my 6 month old 2012 Chevrolet Camaro, so I decided to take it to them for a quote because they had done such an awesome job on the first car. Steven looked at the scratch and was able to buff it out for me in 10 minutes right then and there. You can't even tell anything happened. They have made a loyal customer and I will trust them with any repairs I might need in the future.
