Brandywine Estates is a fantastic apartment complex. My fiancé and I lived here for two years while we finished graduate school and we have nothing but good things to say. First, the office staff is always friendly and helpful and attentive to your needs. Jeff, the maintenance man, was always friendly and quick, and we never had a problem getting things fixed. Further, they take really good care of the premises, which are always clean.



We lived in a 2-bedroom which was very spacious. The bathroom and closets are large and the layout works well. The living room has a wonderful picture window which allowed lots of light. You do need to be aware that the air conditioning is window-mounted in the living room and did not circulate to the back bedroom very well, which made it very hot in the summer. We slept in the living room more than once during the summer because we couldn't stand the heat. Also, we had several plumbing issues, but everything was fixed promptly by management.



The community is very quiet. We hardly heard a peep from our neighbors. The pool gets very busy in the summer but it's still a nice amenity. Parking is always plentiful. The dumpsters are a bit farther away, but at my current apartment, I live next to the dumpster, and I'd rather walk than be next to it! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. You're right next to the highway and tons of restaurants, and it's just a short drive to other stores.



Simply put, this apartment was perfect for the price and the service we got. I wish I could have picked up this apartment complex and plopped it down in the city where we live now - I would move back to Brandywine in a heartbeat!
